If you all hear me saying that I ate anything other than what I'm about to list for breakfast over the next few weeks, punch me. And more importantly, EVERYONE EAT BREAKFAST. And eat more than you think you should, it'll keep you from eating more later in the day. You might get hungry faster, but you'll fill up faster too.
As a side note, the amusing thing to me is that I know all the tricks about staying and eating healthy, but I just won't do them. I'm probably just helping you all win faster. Whatever.
Acceptable breakfast menus: egg, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, veggie juice. OR 2 eggs, a glass of milk and a glass of veggie juice. OR 3 pieces of turkey bacon and veggie juice. If I'm super starving, a piece of 35 calorie bread toast. (BTW, 2 pieces of that is just 1 weight watchers point. excellent.)
THATS IT. ok?! No Spadlings and no Frosted Mini Wheats (Sob) and certainly no real bacon.
