My Shopping List for This Week

I'm going to purchase everything found on this list. Superfoods! Including: berries, spinach, broccoli, eggs, tea (HA already have those two), yogurt, and nuts. Nuts is just funny, yes?

Not only are these all superfoods (which is like...a super trendy term for "healthy") but they all also happen to be on weight watchers lists of filling foods - keep you full now and make you eat less later. BOOYAH. Goal for the week is to have every meal include one or more of the things on that list. Then, be skinny and hot, and get revenge on boys.
